<p>1.)	Dead Lifts – A lot of people tend to think that the legs are the only muscle groups that you need to work on in order to boost your jump height. <p>3.)	Medicine Ball Throw – Although the routine says throw, it does not literally mean that you are going to throw away the medicine ball. What you need to do is to lift the ball way above your head and then slam it right in front of you as if you are making a powerful slam dunk.</p>
