<p>It’s a constant headache to agonize over what clothes to wear when you are oversized! Every time I go to the mall to buy my clothes, all I see are plunging necklines, spaghetti straps shirt, and other close fitting clothes that would only fit one of my thighs!</p>
<p>I tried to go on a diet, take some slimming pills, and exercise! But still, I just get flabbier and fatter everyday. Yes, yes, I know the reason behind it, is because I just can’t stop eating! Once, during one of my diets, I ate in a restaurant that offers diet meals. Well, much to my dismay, I did order those meals, but I ordered 5 of them! See what I mean?</p>

<p>•	Starvation is not a form of diet.</p>
<p>•	Before going on a diet, you have to consult your doctor to be sure it is safe for your health.</p>
<p>•	Keep yourself busy with productive activities to keep your mind off your diet and eating.</p>
<p>•	Weigh yourself everyday, preferably in the evenings before you sleep and not in the morning, to keep track of your progress.</p>
<p>•	Once you’ve reached your desired weight, stick to your diet, to make sure you’re not going to get fat again.</p>
<p>These are just some of the things that she told me. When I realized that I was doing everything all wrong, I started following her advice. And much to my surprise, my diet did work! I dropped from a triple extra size, to a single extra-large, in two months! Now, I’m confident that I’m on my way to a sexier and a  closetful of clothes future!</p>
